Every failure of the current system has the same root: power concentrates. Money buys access, access writes rules, rules protect money. We answer it with three rules of our own.
Government by random draw, not the campaign. Citizens selected like jurors, paid like workers, trained like professionals, and sent home after one term. Ireland's assemblies changed real laws. Oregon's citizens already write the official ballot guide. We're putting five hundred Americans to work on the same bills as Congress — on camera.
One hundred times the median — above it, the surplus returns to everyone as a dividend. Not punishment or envy; a limit, the way a speed limit or a building code is a limit. No citizen should be able to buy a separate reality, and the wealth gap that now defines America becomes impossible to reproduce.
Counsel for the accused. An absolute ban on torture. Privacy that survives the algorithm. A fair trial for the poor exactly as for the powerful. And a rule written in stone: no fortune may purchase what the law grants freely.
Five hundred randomly selected Americans deliberate the exact bills Congress debates — same week, same hard tradeoffs, on camera, with the facts stripped of lobbyist spin. When the contrast is visible, the argument ends.
The old government will not be arrested; it will be honored. The President and Congress will be invited to transfer power in daylight, on camera, without a shot fired. An upgrade is not a takeover. That distinction is the whole movement.
